Cancellation Policy
Please contact us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to reach clients on our waitlist and fill the empty time slot. Failure to contact us will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service charge. No call/no show will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service charge.
